FTP Speed too slow!

Hello, i am using the latest Flash FXP Version and since i use this program my Download Speed is way too slow!! I use 100 Mbit Cable Connection and my Speed to a very fast FTP Server (Auth SSL with Passive Mode) is about 1 MB/s Download!! I tried every setting but speed stays the same!!

To test with another FTP Program i installed Rush FTP and there i get full speed to the same FTP Server (about 4 MB/s)!?

I use Windows 7 Ultimate Version.

now something strange
run ffxp 4 and start upload get speed 20kb/s
then run ffxp 3 and start upload u get speed 20kb/s
stop upload in ffxp 4 and speed in ffxp 3 up to 600kb/s


2nd experiment
run ffxp 4 and start upload get speed 20kb/s
then run ftprush and start upload u get speed 300kb/s, speed in ffxp 4 up to 150kb/s
stop upload in ffxp 4 and speed in ftprush up to 900kb/s
start upload from ffxp 4 and speed in ftprush down to 300kb/s

all ftp client use Encryption algorithm: TLSv1 DHE-DSS-AES256-SHA-256 and no proxy
can get this bug with two different glftpd server
