Hi
Maybe I'm being dense here but I can't seem to be able to save custom commands at all. As soon as I close the dialog they disappear. Thanks

Please try this development build and it should resolve the problem
http://get.flashfxp.com/5.1/FlashFXP51_3841_Setup.exe


The problem was FlashFXP failed to create the data file if it didn't already exist.
