UTF-8 support for inbuild text-editor

Hi,

the title should be self-explaining. I miss utf-8 support in it, because often I edit some spelling errors or whatever directly in flashfxp in html/php files, which are in utf-8. This works but if I need umlauts (Ã¤Ã¶Ã¼), it won't, so utf-8 would be really great!
