PRE announce?

Hey, im using the latest ioBanana and the latest ioA. I have configured both of them and when I pre something, this is what happens:

SITE PRE VCD Test.READ.NFO.VCD-TEST
200--[Pre]-----------------------------------------------------------------------
200- Validation complete. OK to pre
200- Moving...
200- Test.READ.NFO.VCD-TEST
200- succesfully pred to
200- /VCD/Test.READ.NFO.VCD-TEST
200------------------------------------------------------------------------[ioA]-

The problem im having is that the sitebot doesnt announce the PRE at all. I've looked over the 2 configs and i am not sure what the problem is.

Note: I am not using pre db options if that matters.
