I get all of those in ioftpd.crash I have tried everything in KB under http://www.ioftpd.com/kb/view.php?kbid=77
and I have tried to start it with drwatson32.exe and check the crash log but it doesnt make one I've spent several hours on a solution I even went line by line on the ioFTPD.ini and look at GroupIdTable and UserIdTable and Hosts.Rules but there are no empty lines or anything that can be causing this many errors, I also erased all .ioftpd* files in all directories, any help is greatly appreciated.

I should add this all happened after a power surge in my area.

Does it crash on startup, when a user logs in, or later while there's activity?

You also start from a default ioFTPD installation (including an empty site root). Then make the changes one by one until you found the cause for the crash.[list=1][*]Edit the ioFTPD.ini and Hosts.Rules.[*]Test if your setup works.[*]Copy /users, /groups, and /etc over.[*]Test again.[*]Finally, try changing back to your original site root.[*]And test again.[/list=1]Test after each change you make, do some troubleshooting.

did all the steps .. nothing i'm guessing it had to do with the power surge corrupting a file or something i'll have to look more into filesizes and such other things to be able to tell the difference.

The crash happens right after i start the ioFTPD.exe it just creates a ioftpd.crash log file in my C:\ i have yet to find a solution to this prob.. any suggestions I'll give anythng a shot..

Dont run io as service. Delete .ioFTPD files in the ftp directories.
Start drwtsn32.exe to see if a script then goes wrong.
