Changes in RC2

1. FIX: Some of the options in the Site Manager weren't properly disabled when a non-site was selected.
2. FIX: The "Alternative Site to Site Method" checkboxes in the Site Manager weren't set properly and in some cases incorrect values were being applied.
3. CHG: Improved IP auto-detection with PASV when using a proxy server.
4. CHG: Two options on the "Restore Queue" dialog were renamed to clarify their behavior.
5. FIX: Resolved the reported slow transfer issue. Actually the command processing was sluggish.

From 994 to 996 (RC1) there were no changes worth mentioning in the changelog.
