[Fixed] rank / statsup commands and a ... slight exaggeration

Numbers anyone would be proud of i belive. the thing is .. I have absolutely NO idea where these numbers come from.

It is a new install im just testing

Tried running !statsup as well and evded up with this

Then I did some uploads with the test user and ran !statsup again and ended up with the same results.

I wonder if the two peculiarities are related somehow.
Quite possibly an err on my part

The default ioFTPD account has 811694858433 as 'allup' value for section 2, dividing it by 1024 a couple of times gives 755,9497 ~ 756 TB

3415833 for section 1 --> 3.25 GB
