dZSbot userinfo?

I would want a function that eggdrop/windrop has, that if you type in IRC:

!siteuser <user>

and you will get a message from the bot about download, upload and credits, anyone have done it or know how to do it?

I'm newbie in scripting TCL or so if you try to talk advanced stuff I wount understand you

but tips is still welcome
