Default irc request script with irc nicks

Wondered if this would be possible to make, as we all know request folders can get very ugly

Example: A siteop can request from a staff channel or such and it would automaticly make or use a current folder in request's that coresponds to the irc user's nick

eg: /requests/iRC_Nick/request_folder_here-group

not smart imho because people who would like to fill requests, would have to cwd between all those parent folders with nicks in it before they can actually see what's requested.

It's always better to login and issue the command to prove that you really care about your request, but some friends seem to be too busy So I've added it to ioB2. It's not a really nice solution but it works : the sitebot requests what the user asked and adds -%ircnick at the end of the dirname.

It's also doable if you're using dZSbot.

If you're using ioFTPD/ioA/ioB, here's a temporary fix till ioB2 is out.
