Default [Filled] SITE cmd by eggdrop (irc)
ok, not too hard I think but I'am not really good in tcl scripting

Well, I'd like a script which makes it possible to make a command "SITE..." on ioftpd starting from an eggdrop.

--> On channel, I type : "!***kick <user>"
and on ioftpd : "SITE kick <user>"
Bot answer on channel : "<user> has been kicked"
