Default REQ: Prevent Dual Upload On Same SFV
Anyone up to write (or convert from GL) a script like this, that works with dZSBot to announce a warning on irc and with 3rd warning it take 1Slot off the user (maybe same with dual dl) ... and should be configurable to exempt users/groups ?
