UPDATE: v 1.0.0.6

Improved: error handling, Will announce where config is incorrect.
Fixed: Small bug when user doesnt exist.

Download + Config this to enable credit transfer on your sitering from irc using

!transfer site site user amount

Requires ioA and Dzsbot
