Default problem with starting server

hi , yesterday i started work with ioFTPD . so can anybody help me with this ?

SmartFTP v1.0.983.22
Resolving host name localhost...
Connecting to (localhost) -> IP: 127.0.0.1 PORT: 1414
Connected to (localhost) -> Time = 0ms
Socket connected waiting for login sequence.
220 FTP Server ready.
USER ioFTPD
331 Password required for ioFTPD.
PASS (hidden)
530 Login failed: The operation completed successfully.
Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...

i don't use any SSL/TLS

work on times yours ?:\ioFTPD\etc\admin.vfs because as look does is the start file not there
