How to give someone delete rights in a special folder?

Hello,

I would like to give one of my users full delete rights in a special folder. If I would give him the delete flag, he'd be able to delete everywhere but I don't want this.

Any ideas?

I hope this is not a scripting question and I posted it in the right section.
