Default Problem listing

Hi all,

Strange things happen here. Last night everything worked just fine with everything and I was very pleased to finaly have gotten it all to work in harmony.

But this morning I changed a setting in the newdir settings. New dirs created in some sections wasnt logged and I found out why. Changed it and restarted ioFTPD.
Now ppl (including me loggin in localy) cant list dir.
All users get the entire welcome message and then it says this:

230 User xxx logged in.

Any ideas folks?

Im using a D-Link 624+ router. I have opened up the trafic ports 35500-36500 for in and out trafic. I have portforward 4012 to 192.168.0.100. I also just opened up 4011 for outbound trafic but no change.

Checking the "Use stat -l to list directories" box in flashfxp made the users to log in and list dirs. But they can't seem to create dir...sticks at MKD.

HILFE!!!

I got the LIST -al Problem on all DSL-Routers i tested...
(Netgear too)...so, I think it has nothing to do with D-Link this time

btw...are you shure you set up directory rights correctly for VFS ?

Router is uninstalled now and I still have that problem.

(10 minutes later)

Problem solved. I did a cut/paste this morning to the newdir setting file and I just noticed there was a " missing.
DOH!!
But I'm still going to change my router to a Netgear. Don't think I'll have a problem setting it up. It seems easier when u look at www.portforward.com.
