cant login after site passwd

Hi, I installed the beta5-3-9u.
After working trough the INSTALLATION GUIDE,
I did "site passwd test" ...ok well so far, but
the password (test in this case) is not working.
In the error logfile is a entry for "wrong password".
...is it not possible in the beta 5-3-9u to change the password,
or whats wrong ?

You changed the password for the wrong user or something like that.
Grab the users\* files from the default package, and overwrite yours, and restart ioftpd.exe and retry.

i found the error! it was the HOST.rules with :

# Uncomment the ACCEPT line, and comment the DENY line
# *** when you changed the default ioFTPD password! ***

first Uncomment the ACCEPT line, and comment the DENY line !
now change the passwd! ....it werks now
