[Fr/Eng] ioXDUPE need little feature

Hi, i have the ioxdupe script on my ioftpd, but when i try to do races then i see errors, like not have permitions to overwrite here and others, and in the queue can see files with error.
I give permitions to all in that folder in overwirte permitions.
What's wrong?
