Changes in the Script Framework

The new scripts framework has been uploaded. Here are the list of changes.

FlashFXP has it own scripts now.
All registered users can upload scripts for ioFTPD or FlashFXP, they will be marked as pending and will need to be aproved by moderators.
All users on the Scripter group are now moderators, they can add new scripts without aproval and they can aprove/decline scripts uplodaded by normal users.
Users can now download scripts without login, of couse, if the scripts are not marked as Foundation only.
Description, comments and Changelogs can now use ' character and linebreaks without problems.
Sorting by downloads, rating now works as it should.
Download counters has been fixed.

A few words for moderators... (Linkster will comment more on that).

In order to view pending scripts a new link has been added ino the Customer Portal, below downloads.
Moderators must check the scripts users upload before accept them, make sure its a valid script and if possible if it works fine.
Each time moderators accept/decline a script the action is logged, we dont want virus/trojan/malware to be accepted as scripts and we dont want real scripts / simple scripts to be declined just coz.
Users will get notified by email once moderators take an action over the script, while the script is in pending status it cannot be reached by other users but they can be edited/fixed/deleted by owners if needed.
