Most p2p program fragment the files anyway. Some might get away with less fragmentation by waiting for all the chunks in a temp folder (which you could point to a temp hard drive) and then when finsihed assembles it together and copies the file to the downloaded folder. (whihc you may has as your archive disk)

Of course this doenst mean anything unless your archive drive is perfectly defragmented)

So how many people have this setup?
