Auto-start download

I am going to add support for this behavior, since currently this can't be done.

The default behavior will queue the file, i'll add an additional command line parameter to allow you to automatially start the transfer.

Maybe another parameter could be to have flashfxp display a download progress window while keeping the main window hidden.. hmm I really like the sound of that, then once we support IE..
