Default PC Idle
A new idea:

When your pc is doing nothing, your pc will use the maximum bandthwite of your internet connection (download & upload)
When you touch your mouse or press a key flash fxp will download with the speed for download and upload wich your installed in options.

So when your pc idle the full bandwith will flashfxp use.
When your busy with the pc not.
