Angry fxp problems

I'm having problems fxping. Me and the guy that I am sending stuff to are both using linksys routers and it will not let me fxp. He is using serv-u and I am using flashfxp. I have no problem uploading to him but fxping stuff to him doesn't work. I have tried turning off passive and even tried using the alternate option on the site manager. Please help.

Ask him to change the port of his ftp server from the default port 21 to something else, say 2121.. that should solve the problem.

Well usually running it on a port other than 21 solves all problems related to NAT, perhaps the problem is something else.

what exactly happens when you try to fxp to him? can you provide us with a copy of the status log.
