how did you connect to the site? via the site manager or quick connect?

If you connected via the site manager changing the ip in the site manager will update the queue.

If you connected via quick connect you will need to edit the queue items, select the items in the queue, right click, from the pop up menu select Edit, now enter the new site ip.

Yes you need to chage the ip for every file in the queue, you can multi-select and change the ip for all of them at once.
