Do I just put my xboxs ip address in, instead of a website address? If so what do I put in the remote path and local path?

oh yeah, I am running an anti-virus actually two anti-viruses. Norton professional anti-virus 2004 and Mcafee 2004 are both installed, I know Mcafee is running. I tried to uninstall Norton 2004 but it wont go away, does that matter to how I can use flashfxp?
