Default Code 150

HELP! Hi recently purchased flashfxp. I have had to make a lot of changes to site manager/preferences because I am behind a firewall and on a router.

Well I finally got it down to one error How to I get rid of Code 150 and get this to work.

Someone please help. I have sent emails to support all week and never got one helping hand. Getting down to one error was my credit. I'm kinda feeling like I've been ripped off

THX,
ROODOOG

I have moved the thread as it had nothing to do with the FlashFXP website.

Alright...

Firstly, you should read this thread http://forum.flashfxp.com/showthread...&threadid=3078

What version of FlashFXP are you running ?

When do you get the error ? Please show us a copy/paste the status log.

If you are a registered user, please enter your FlashFXP ID in your forum profile/control panel. Do not paste it or give it out, though.

You need to give us an idea when you post a problem... remember we are not at your computer, you are.

P.S... FYI Code 150 usually means; File status okay; about to open data connection

THANKS FOR REPLY:
I am running Version 2.1, build 924. I updating my ID number.
I am running on WindowsXP, with Linksys router BEFW11S4. I am behind a Norton Firewall Pro and Norton AV Pro. Also I am running on Road Runner.

Here is some of history...a little boring but want you to see steps I went thru:

500 You need to use a client supporting PRET (PRE Transfer) to use PASV
PORT 192,168,1,101,4,253
501- ==YOU'RE BEHIND A NAT ROUTER==
501- Configure the firewall settings of your FTP client
501- to use your real IP: 66.26.37.17
501- And set up port forwarding in your router.
501- Or you can just use a PRET capable client

I was able to get rid of all the errors but one by doing the following: Under options, preferences, proxy/firewall I unchecked passive mode and in same tab under firewall and checked bind sockets to this address, using my IP address. Then one error:

230 RooDoog logged in successfully.
SYST
215 UNIX system type.
REST 100
350 Requested file action pending further information.
REST 0
350 Requested file action pending further information.
CWD /
200- drftpd/drftpd [11/343.6GB]
200- red/siteop [2/13.1GB]
200 Directory changed to /
PWD
257 "/" is current directory
TYPE A
200 Command okay
PORT 66,26,37,17,5,3
200 Command okay
LIST
150 File status okay; about to open data connection.
Then FXP stops, nothing else happens, then connection lost.

PLEASE HELP! And thanks for help so far!!!!!!!

on that same screen there is "limit local port range to:"
check that, select some port range and then forward that same port range in your router
