Default Connection problem via LAN

Hi, i've 2 computers in LAN using a D-Link switch 10/100 mbit, on the server i run Win 2003 server SE and i share the connection using ICS (the other one uses Win XP).
I'm not behind a router, i have a alcatel speedtouch home usb (manta).
I've problem connecting prom the client computer to sites which doesn't support passive mode... i put "bind sockets to ip" and i put the ip provided by mi ISP. But when it goes to list it fails... for example "550 Cannot connect to My_ISP_IP:5001 - Connection refused"
I dont know what to do it's so strange i dont use firewall...
Please help me if you can
Thanx, goodbye

Since your using ICS that's not going to work, you must use PASV mode unless ICS has a way to configure port forwarding. I am not familiar with ICS.

no way same errore using WinProxy or WinGate... the only way to connect is using an FTP proxy but using it you cant fxp cause all data pass before through the proxy (and i've a slow connection)...
maybe it's a setting on win 2003 but i cant find it... with windows xp the share made with ICS worked with flashfxp too...
I dont know what to do..

tried with ip masquerading but nothing to do, i've tried both the 2.0.909b5 and the 2.1.922 final
i think it's win 2003 with one of its settings...
