Ftp Synchronization ??

I'm trying to synchronize directories/files via FTP using FlashFXP - I read that FlashFXP does this, but I'm having trouble finding any sync options other than overwrite and skip (if files exists).

I need to sync exactly, for example, if a file is deleted on the source, then I need the file deleted on the destination. Does anyone know if this feature is available with FlashFXP? Maybe a command-line option that isn't listed on the main website? I tried using the 'compare folders' option, but I don't really understand what it's doing - is this where I'm missing something?
