When I am uploading a whole site (something that contains several directories, and possibly over 50 files), FlashFXP seems to miss several files near the end (in this case only two).
Here's the log:

[17:33:38] 550 xxx.txt: No such file or directory
[17:33:38] Transfer Failed!
These files certainly exist on my hard drive. I have to go and find these files and upload them separately from the initial upload.
