how to auto skip and resume files

How do I get flashfxp to automatically skip a file if it was downloaded in an earlier session, also how do I get it to automatically resume a file.

Sometimes I will wake in the morning expecting to see my download finished but instead the transfer must have cut out during the night so it has a popup box asking me if I want to resume the file.
