fxping to port 21 error

150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for test.file.

425 Cannot open data connection.
ABOR
425 Can't open data connection.
225 ABOR command successful.
Transfer Failed!
TYPE A

WHenever i try to fxp to a ftp server on port 21 i get this error but if it was any other port i will go t hrough fine with no error. im behind a linksys router is there anyway to circumvent this problem. any help would be awesome thanks for your itme
