Default Auto-resume failed uploads

Is there any chance to automatically resume failed uploads?
I have to upload files to a problematic ftp server which has a very low upload speed.
The transfer always fails after uploading 200-400K and has to be resumed.
Transfer always fails for one of the following reasons:
- timeout - FFXP can handle this
- error 552 (exceeded storage allocation) - this is a false error because the storage is not exceeded, and if I try later the upload is resumed. But when the server returns 552, FFXP stops and I have to start the transfer again manually.

Can I somehow configure FFXP to resume the upload after a small delay in such case, and then follow "file exists" rules ?
