I am on cable. I have 1.5mb downstream and 128kb upstream. The problem Im having is that my upload speed maxs out at 15k. I have been to

You see I have no problems. But using FXP I want to know why it maxs at 15k. Can anyone suggest anything? BTW, I use Sygate firewall, but I am NOT using a firewall at the time of the tests nor using FXP.
