Default Failed FXP

Does anyone know why i can't FXP to linux, i've tried with/without passive mode, the ftp software is fxp'able. so i don't know what the poroblem is

please help!

Well as per usual.. not enough info.

What FlashFXP build ?

What OS ?

What FTP server (daemon) are you trying to FXP to ? and what from ?

Are you behind a router or firewall ? Are they ?

What error do you get ? if any ?

Whats the status log say ?

Get the idea.. we are not at your pc, you are.

Well i have flashfxp build 902
it when i try to FXP to a Linux comp with proftpd,
I can fxp from it but not to it.
i'm not behind a router or firewall
and the error i get is "transfer failed",
but what's weird sometimes 1 out of 10 times it works...

if you need more info let me know

Sounds like a passiv mode problem too me..
Try altering current and see what happens.
Is FFXP reporting correct IP?

PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (192,168,220,119,5,134)
PORT 192,168,220,119,5,134
200 Port command ok.

or is it maybe using the external IP ??

like i said in my first message i've tried to set passive on/off and it's not using an external ip :/
