I experienced the same problem when not connected to the network / network disabled.
I have managed to get flashfxp to start normally now. I use a UML modelling tool called Select Enterprise(
http://www.selectbs.com/products/pro...enterprise.htm). It uses a custom shell extension to manage it's model's storage. Having just uninstalled the application, flashfxp starts up almost immediately.
I'll confirm that it is this specific application that is causing the startup issue on Tuesday when I'm back in work (and can reinstall the application).
