Default Limit local port range
I'm using RC3, i limit local port range to 8000 - 8020. If another program is using 8000 as source port, flashfxp doesn't recognize it is in use and sends PORT command with first port in range (8000) to the server. So the server can't connect to the client because the port is in use by another program.
