Yes its something to do with windows running out of memory. Downloading the latest version had no effect. Its not a version issue. Different windows programs are effected different ways. It was that flash was bugging me the most. Wierd graphical things have effected older versions of flash just the same as the latest and greatest version. Now when I get that error I am only running about half of my memory. I have 512 and only about 256 is in use. Its a resource thing I think.
