Where exactly are you setting the transfer mode?

The transfer mode can be set in 3 locations.

The first setting takes immedate effect and it's located on the menu under FTP > Transfer Mode.

second, In FTP only mode you can add an optional button to adjust the transfer mode.

(The value of these two settings are not saved on exit)

The third setting doesn't take effect until you restart FlashFXP and it's located in the preferences > Transfer Tab > Transfer Mode.

(this value is saved on exit.)

Default Sorry, was setting it in the third position

I wan using this one,
'The third setting doesn't take effect until you restart FlashFXP and it's located in the preferences > Transfer Tab > Transfer Mode.'

By the way a great option will be to be able to specify it for each site into the site manager.
