Default Connection failed (Address already in use)

Whenever I abort connecting to a site while its trying to connect I get "Connection failed (Address already in use)" when I try to connect again. Then I have to wait awhile for it to go away. I think it's been happening since RC1 but I'm not sure. I've asked other people but I seem to be the only one getting this error.

-----------
Delaying for 180 seconds before reconnect attempt #1
Retry attempt Aborted
Connecting to ftp
Connection failed (Address already in use)
-----------
Flash RC2 Build 867
BESR41 linksys Router

I bind sockets to my local ip 192.168.1.100 and specified a local port range for passive 50101 - 50111 (which are forwarded on the router)

I believe 192.168.1.100 would be the wrong IP address, You should be entering your external IP, the one assigned to you by your ISP. Otherwise leave it blank.

I have just recently experienced this but only on one address I was connecting to. I had to wait a lttle bit before I could reconnect. I wasn't using any special settings. PASV was off.

Are you using the "bind to ip" feature located in the Preferences > Proxy Tab?
