flashfxp 2.0 RC1 Build 864.865 start error

I am use FlasfhFXP 2.0 RC1 Build 864Â¡Â¢865 test version. It
can't start in my computer. please see Attach file. But Flashfxp 2.0 RC1 Build 861Â¡Â¢862 Version run very well in my computer.
If it's a bug . please fix it in next build.

BTW: My coputer infomation: ASUS CUSL2 Intel 815E mother boardÂ¡Â¢256 Mb memoryÂ¡Â¢Display in mother boardÂ¡Â¢win98se+winxp home version daul start system.
