I have 2 local directories each with about 600 files. They are 2 versions of a website. When I initially compare the 2 directories, 489 files are filtered out. If I refresh the left pane and click compare again, an additional 52 files are filtered. Repeat and 21 more get filtered. Then 14, 10, 5, 5, 4, ... until eventually, all of the files in the right pane have been filtered out.
