in the welcome message it says
"Bytes disponibili per upload 16367616" which translates to "Bytes available for upload"
klmcodec131.exe you are trying to upload is 25.41M

sure it is your problem.
you are trying to upload a file that is larger than the limit allows you to.
if you are not happy with this, you'll have to work it out with server admin.
