Problems in English lang

I am Chinese, while I prefer using English version of Flashfxp.

However, for English language pack, when it comes to Chinese name, the folder is un-recognizable...

BTW, if I chg from Eng->Chs. Simp., It will reflect the correct Chinese name, then Chs. Simp->Eng, it remains correct, then restart flashfxp, wrong again... so maybe update error exists on the changing from one lang. to the other....
