Default Upload stops at around 35MB

I recently replaced my router with a Netgear WGR614, and now FlashFXP will not upload past 35 megabytes (give or take a few). I really can't remember if I was ever able to upload large filed with the WGR614 or not. I immediately felt it was my router freaking out on me, but I fired up CuteFTP (yuck), and it uploaded my file perfectly fine, with zero problems.

Any ideas as to why FlashFXP is loosing its connection around that time? The log simple says "connection lost" and then relogs in.
