Default Slow acces

Flashfxp is a lot faster then FTP Explorer in transferring data but the log in takes a lot longer!

I've already disabled the passive mode, thats a lot better for me.

But still sometimes the log in procedure seems to hang.
When I stop the connection and reconnect I'm connected immediately.

What can I do to solve that?

I'm using 3.0.2 (winXP pro sp1)

Which ftp server software are you using?

Some ftp servers seem to go into a sleep mode when a connection hasn't been established for awhile, when you establish a connection the ftp server wakes up and then handles the connection. I have noticed this behavior on several different ftp servers and not just with FlashFXP. It seems to be server related. Although it could be something with windows too.

I'm using FileZilla.

But I think it's not a server problem because FTP Explorer had no problem.
