Default wont transfer more than 2mb!
right recently i've been having big trouble transfering to my xbox!
Flash connects fine, will browse directories ok, but when i transfer something over 2mb it starts out at around 400kb/s and just slows down untill its at 0kb/s and just idles from there.
this is wierd becuase not long ago it was transfering at 7mb/s and there hasn't been anything changed since then to explain this problem!

any ideas?
