Default Reinstalling OS - can I still register FlashFXP

I am planning to re-install Windows 98 Second Edition and I want to make sure that I can still use and register FlashFXP without any troubles. What I am doing is: I have created two bootable partitions on my hard drive and I'm using the second partition to re-install the operating system while the other partition is hidden.

So, I'm going to use the latest version of FlashFXP on my new install. Will there be any problems re-registering it?

There shouldn't be any problems registering FlashFXP after the OS install. Just make sure you have your registration key ready to re-enter.
