Default Transfer hangs before it starts?

Sometimes the download seems to be stuck after the RETR line, but fine other times. The first transfer seems to be always successful and quick. The transfer speed is approximately the same, but when downloading a file twice, usually the second time FlashFXP seems to hang after RETR. Please see log, the 2 files are the exactly the same, please note time stamp:

Thanks for any info,
Waruwaru

P.S : I am using FlashFXP over Tera Term's SSH Forwarding. After clicking on the Transfer Selected button, log windows says "RETR filename", the file appear in the queue, a file with 0 bytes appear in the destination folder. After the long pause, the log says "150 Opening BINARY mode...", and the queue clears and file completely downloads into the dest folder.
