Hi,
please include what version of FlashFXP you're using and a statuslog with timestamp and side tags enabled (you can do this using the right mouse button).

in site manager, options tab, there is "alternative fxp" checkboxes. enable appropriate boxes on either of your 2 sites(not both).

In v3.0 it's on the advanced tab.. In older versions it's on the options tab.

Maybe you do need to change the XP firewall settings, I'm not entirely sure what you need to change though. I'm still getting myself familiar with WinXP SP2.

i...i had the same problem and i have the soluvtion.... tkx to "titteuf" hehehe
here is the soluction:
From built 1045, you can use a new feature:
"To enable this feature you must open your flashfxp.ini with notepad, and add the following entry under the [main] section "FxpNatTrick=1" (without quotes)"
this works for me, and should with you too. There is no other way to bypass Win XP SP2 firewall.
i've tried it in other versions and don't work, but in 3.02#1045 it works fine!!!! without this change it not works.
one more time, my tkx to titteuf
