I have had this problem with older versions as well, and I think I started with v2.0. What happens is most uploads are fine EXCEPT the first one...or if I have been connected a while.

Either case, the upload progress bar will fully upload to about 99% and then drop the speed to 0 and stall. FlashFXP will then require 3 clicks of the 'disconnect' button to break the connection. The file will either not exist, or be about 50% tranfered if you check the server.

Most annoying. Any ideas?
