File transfer times out after 18 minutes and 25 seconds

I'm using 4.3.1 and since Friday have been trying to upload some files to a web server.
It seems that all the files that fail do so at around 18'25", regardless of size although it seems to be at around 80-85Mb uploaded when the problem occurs.
My hosting company has a 200Mb limit so that shouldn't be the cause and I can't see any restrictions on my router.
Is there anything in FlashFXP I can check to make sure there is no limit? I tried the FAQ about video files failing at 99% but it's made no difference.
The weird thing is it's nearly always 18'25" no matter what the file.
